Malaria elimination is a commitment to stop the malaria transmission of certain geographical focus. Implementation policy of malaria control program constitute a critical success factor. The aim this research was describe the implementation of malaria control program in Donggala, Central Sulawesi. Data collection was conducted indepth interview and study documents. Data analyzed conducted qualitative method. Results this research that malaria control guidelines sourced from the Indonesia Ministry of Health and the operational implementation has poured in Technical Guidelines. Case detection of malaria patients operated with passive case detection and active case detection through Mass Blood Survey, laboratory examination used microscopic tests and Rapid Diagnostic Test, and treatment of malaria patients with Artemisinin based Combination Therapy. Malaria surveillance was conducted case surveillance and not vectors surveillance yet. The malaria vector control performed only distribution and using of insecticide-treated nets. Cross- program cooperation has been running well, but cross-sector cooperation, especially the  district level still needs to be done and encouraged. Malaria control program funding most supported by the Global Fund donors agency, while from the local government just to cover the cost of microscopic examination. Malaria  cases experienced declining trend in the 4 (four) last year.
