MODEL PENGENDALIAN TERPADU VEKTOR DEMAM BERDARAH DENGUE DI KOTA SALATIGA

Abstrak
Salatiga  merupakan  salah  satu  kota  di  Jawa  Tengah  yang  termasuk  sebagiai  wilayah  endemisitas  tinggi demam  berdarah  dengue. Angka  Kematian  Kasus  (CFR)  DBD  cenderung  berfluktuasi  yaitu  Tahun  2008 sebesar  1,39%  pada  72  kasus,  Tahun  2009  dengan  109  kasus,  CFR  0,92%  dan  Tahun  2010  terdapat  155
kasus,  CFR  0%. Pemberantasan  Sarang  Nyamuk  (PSN)  sebagai  kegiatan  yang  strategis  sampai  saat  ini belum  optimal dilaksanakan.  Alternatif  pengendalian  vektor  DBD  pada  penelitian  ini mengkombinasikan pengendalian kimiawi (pemakaian gorden berisektisida sipermethrin plus etil selulosa) dengan pengendalian
hayati menggunakan predator larva Mesocyclops aspericornis. Pemilihan metode pengendalian berdasarkan kebiasaan nyamuk menggigit orang (antropofilik) di dalam rumah dan beristirahat di tempat-tempat gelap
(fototropi  negatif),  lembab  dan  status  kerentanan  terhadap  insektisida  serta  daya  predasi  M.aspericornis terhadap  jentik  nyamuk  Ae.  aegypti. Tujuan  penelitian  adalah  untuk  mengendalikan  Ae.  aegypti  secara terpadu melaluipengendalian hayati (M. aspericornis) dan aplikasi gorden berinsektisida sipermethrin10EC plus etil sellulosa 0,1%. Rancangan penelitian adalah eksperimen semu dengan pre-posttest group design pada  penurunan  indikator  entomologi  dan  posttest  control  group  design  untuk  pengujian  efikasi  gorden berinsektisida sipermethrin plus etil sellulosa terhadap vektor DBD. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya penurunan  signifikan  angka  bebas  jentik  (ABJ)  sebesar  96,27%  dari  semula  85,05%,  ovitrap  indeks  dari 14,49% turun menjadi 8,88% dan daya bunuh gorden berinsektisida sipermethrin plus etil sellulosa terhadap nyamuk Ae. aegypti 82,93% pada minggu ke-15 (3 bulan).

Abstract
Salatiga is one district in Central Java with a high level of endemicity of dengue haemorrhagic fever cases. Cases of DHF were likely to fluctuate andrise. Case Fatality Rate(CRF) in 2008 amounted to 1,39% in 72cases,
in 2009 with 109 cases of CFR 0.92% and in 2010 there were 155 cases of0% CFR. Mosquito nest eradication (PSN) as a strategic activity has not been optimally implemented. Alternative DBD vector control in this study
using a combination of chemical control method (using insecticide sipermethrin plus ethyl cellulose curtains) and biological control method using predator larvae Mesocyclops aspericornis. The choice of control method based on Based on mosquito habit of biting people (antropophylic) in the house and resting in dark places (phototropy
negative),  humidity,  susceptibility  to  sipermethrin  insecticide  and  the  predacy  of  Mesocyclops  aspericomis against to Ae. aegypti larvae. The research objective was to control Ae. aegypti in an integrated method through biological control (M. aspericornis) and Sipermethrin Insecticide treated curtains plus ethyl cellulose aplication. The study design was quasi-experimental pre-posttest group design to a decrease in indicators of entomology and posttest control group design to test the efficacy of insecticide-treated curtains sipermethrin plus ethyl cellulose against dengue vector. Rresults showed a significant decrease in free larva index (ABJ) of 96,27% from 85.05%, ovitrap index from 14.49% down to 8,88% and the killing power of insecticide-treated curtains sipermethrin plus
ethyl cellulose against Ae. aegypti 82.93% at week 15 (3 months).
