Penelitian Gizi dan Makanan (The Journal of Nutrition and Food Research) is a media to share information among researchers, observers of nutrition and food research. The journal is published by the Center for Applied Technology Health and Clinical Epidemiology (Center for Applied Health Technology and Clinical Epidemiology) located in Bogor. First published in 1971. Through this journal, various studies to be distributed to users optimally. The journal has been accredited by Lembaga Ilmu Pengetahuan Indonesia (Indonesian Institute of Sciences) No. 434/AU2/P2MI-LIPI/08/2012.
